Peter Stanway, BA MCIPD LLM - Senior Consultant - BackupHR. Fully qualified in HR and Employment Law, Peter's has more than 30 years as an HR manager and consultant. Our top expert on Employment Law, he is also an experienced Tribunal Advocate.

Paul Dodd, LLB, ACA - Regional Director. The FD Centre is the UK's leading provider of experienced part-time Finance Directors to entrepreneurial growth companies. Paul leads of team of 10 FDs in the East of England region, servicing companies with a combined annual turnover of over £200m.
