The Government will be increasing the qualification for unfair dismissal from one year back to two years. This course will explain both the opportunities and the threats this change will represent for employers. A lively and participative half day training event providing useful practical tips on how to tackle one of the most difficult situations facing any manager, how to fairly discipline or dismiss an employee.
